At Hungry Dane, we are constantly working with flavors, techniques, and ideas that do not always fit onto a fixed menu.
That is why we create Specialty Burgers — also known as the secret burgers.
These are burgers we make only for limited periods of time. Sometimes because we have sourced a special ingredient. Other times because the kitchen wants to experiment with new combinations, techniques, or flavor directions.
You will not always find them on the menu.
And they are not always the same.
Some people know about them.
Others discover them by accident.
But they are always created with the same philosophy as the rest of our burgers:
A focus on craftsmanship, balance, and flavor — without compromise.
